Pool admission policy for young guests

Iside Spa has been conceived to provide our guests with a peaceful place where they could take refuge and relax after a stressing day at work or a long trip. Our younger guests, on the other hand, very often consider the pool area an exciting place where to play and have fun, which invariably leads to splashes and screams. This kind of behavior certainly does not contribute to the peace and the relaxation of the other more mature guests.

In order to allow both kinds of guests to enjoy the pool area without completely forbidding the entrance to the younger ones, Iside Spa management has therefore decided to implement different hours for them.

Hotel Victoria's guests of age 4 to 15 are allowed in the pool area (pool and hot-tub) between 2pm and 4pm during weekdays and between 11am and 3pm during the weekends and the holidays. They must remain under their parents' watch at all times and their presence is allowed only if their behavior does not disrupt the peacefulness of the Spa environment and the relaxation of the other guests. They are not allowed in the heat zone (sauna, steam bath and calidarium) under any circumstances.

Finally, regardless of his/her age, the Spa personnel reserves the right to request a guest to leave whenever his/her behavior is deemed inappropriate, disruptive or may endanger his/her safety or the safety of the other guests.

We are confident that our guests will understand that this is the best solution in order for everybody to fully enjoy the Spa.
